amendment:

On Page: 096             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Involuntary Outpatient Services (IOS) 
Spec App:  377           Demonstration Project (SF 1584). Reduces the same 
                         amount in nonrecurring general revenue funds from 
                         the Veterans Access Clinic at Nova Southeastern 
                         University (SF 1587).
