On Page: 096             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Key Clubhouse of South Florida - Workforce 
Spec App:  377           Training & Job Placement for Adults with Mental 
                         Illness (SF 1514). Reduces the same amount in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds from the Veterans 
                         Access Clinic at Nova Southeastern University (SF 
                         1587).
