On Page: 096             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the PEMHS - Crisis Stabilization Beds (SF 
Spec App:  377           2140). Reduces the same amount in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds from the St. Johns County EPIC 
                         Sober Living Transitional Housing Expansion Capital 
                         Project (SF 3239).
