       Senator DiCeglie moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (974194) (with directory
    2  and title amendments)
    3  
    4         Between lines 346 and 347
    5  insert:
    6         (10) A person whose driver license is suspended under
    7  subsection (1) or subsection (3) may apply for issuance of a
    8  license for business or employment purposes only if the person
    9  is otherwise eligible for the driving privilege pursuant to s.
   10  322.271.
   11         (a) If the suspension of the driver license of the person
   12  for failure to submit to a breath, urine, or blood test is
   13  sustained, the person is not eligible to receive a license for
   14  business or employment purposes only, pursuant to s. 322.271,
   15  until 90 days have elapsed after the expiration of the last
   16  temporary permit issued and the person must continue placement
   17  of the ignition interlock device as required by s. 316.1939 for
   18  an additional 3 months. If the driver is not issued a 10-day
   19  permit pursuant to this section or s. 322.64 because he or she
   20  is ineligible for the permit and the suspension for failure to
   21  submit to a breath, urine, or blood test is not invalidated by
   22  the department, the driver is not eligible to receive a business
   23  or employment license pursuant to s. 322.271 until 90 days have
   24  elapsed from the date of the suspension and the person must
   25  continue placement of the ignition interlock device as required
   26  by s. 316.1939 for an additional 3 months.

   30  and insert:
   31  through (17), respectively, a new subsection (12) is added to
   32  that section, and subsection (1) and paragraph (a) of subsection
   33  (10) of that section are amended, to

   38  insert:
   39         requiring a person whose driver license was suspended
   40         for failure to submit to a breath, urine, or blood
   41         test to continue placement of an ignition interlock
   42         device on his or her vehicle for an additional 3
   43         months under a specified circumstance;
