       Senator Gruters moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 135 and 136
    4  insert:
    5         (26) A hospital, as defined in s. 395.002, having 250 or
    6  fewer beds which applies for a building permit on or after
    7  January 1, 2025, may construct such a hospital on any
    8  commercially zoned, mixed-use planned development, or
    9  commercially designated property, free from any height or square
   10  foot limitations.

   13  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 80 - 81
   15  and insert:
   16         Section 2. Present subsection (26) of section 553.79,
   17  Florida Statutes, is redesignated as subsection (25), a new
   18  subsection (26) is added to that section, and subsection (16) of
   19  that section is amended, to read:
