    3         Delete line 30
    4  and insert:
    5  sought;
    6         (d) The manufacturer of the product that caused the alleged
    7  harm for which recovery of damages is sought is located in or is
    8  incorporated in, or the product is manufactured in, a foreign
    9  country of concern as defined in s. 288.860, including the
   10  People’s Republic of China, the Russian Federation, the Islamic
   11  Republic of Iran, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the
   12  Republic of Cuba, the Venezuelan regime of Nicolas Maduro, or
   13  the Syrian Arab Republic, including any agency of or any other
   14  entity under significant control of such foreign country of
   15  concern; or
