       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  and insert:
    5         (a) The department must monitor evidence-based standards
    6  relating to administering a lethality assessment or the
    7  lethality assessment form. If the department identifies changes
    8  in such evidence-based standards, the
