       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Burton) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (742132) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 112 - 117
    5  and insert:
    6  in accordance with s. 560.503. The office shall give written
    7  notice, in person or by mail, to each applicant that the agency
    8  has granted or denied the application for registration.
