       Senator Burgess moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 263
    4  and insert:
    5         (i) At least two-thirds of the members of the commission
    6  present at a meeting must vote to
    7

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 74
   11  and insert:
   12         specified percentage of commission members present at
   13         a meeting to vote to reject or
