       Senator Harrell moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 605 - 609
    4  and insert:
    5  Financial Officer shall transfer $50 million in nonrecurring
    6  funds from the General Revenue Fund to the Grants and Donations
    7  Trust Fund within the Department of Health. Each year, beginning
    8  in the 2024-2025 fiscal year through the 2033-2034 fiscal year,
    9  the nonrecurring sum of $50 million is appropriated from the
