       The Committee on Health Policy (Burton) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 49
    4  and insert:
    5  tetrahydrocannabinol. Edibles may have a potency variance of no
    6  greater than 15 percent.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 8
   11  and insert:
   12         more than a specified amount of tetrahydrocannabinol
   13         or from having a potency variance greater than a
   14         specified percentage;
