       (Bradley) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 20 - 21
    4  and insert:
    5  consideration of evidence at the detention hearing. The court
    6  may base an order of pretrial detention under paragraph (d),
    7  solely on

   12  and insert:
