       The Committee on Rules (Hutson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 174 and 175
    4  insert:
    5         3. For each permitholder that elects to operate a cardroom
    6  and does not operate slot machines in its pari-mutuel facility,
    7  payment of an annual fee of $25,000 to the commission to be used
    8  to fund the compulsive or addictive gambling prevention program
    9  described in s. 551.118.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 25
   14  and insert:
   15         facility during the next state fiscal year; requiring
   16         that permitholders that elect not to operate a
   17         cardroom and do not operate slot machines in their
   18         pari-mutuel facility to pay an annual fee to the
   19         commission to be used to fund a specified program;
   20         revising
