       Senator Simon moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 79 and 80
    4  insert:
    5         3. Students whose primary residence is outside of this
    6  state and who attend a boarding school in this state which
    7  complies with the requirements of s. 409.175(17) may have the
    8  medical evaluation and the electrocardiogram required under this
    9  paragraph performed by a practitioner who holds an active
   10  equivalent licensure issued by the state in which the medical
   11  evaluation or electrocardiogram is performed and who is in good
   12  standing with the practitioner’s regulatory authority as
   13  verified by the student’s boarding school.
