       The Appropriations Committee on Criminal and Civil Justice
       (Leek) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 27 - 30
    4  and insert:
    5         (5)(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b), a person who
    6  violates this section commits a felony of the third degree,
    7  punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
    8         (b) A person who violates this section to commit a
    9  dangerous crime or to facilitate the commission of a
