    3         Between lines 72 and 73
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. The Legislature determines and declares that
    6  this act fulfills an important state interest.

   10         Delete line 7
   11  and insert:
   12         disabled during an official training exercise;
   13         providing a declaration of an important state
