       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Yarborough) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 40 and 41
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. As authorized by and consistent with funding
    6  specifically appropriated in the General Appropriations Act, the
    7  Department of Law Enforcement shall complete the feasibility
    8  study required by section 1 of this act.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 9
   13  and insert:
   14         for repeal; subject to and consistent with funds
   15         appropriated from the General Appropriations Act,
   16         requiring the department to complete the feasibility
   17         study; providing an effective date.
