       Senator Harrell moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (620726) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 102
    5  and insert:
    6  vaccination status. Notwithstanding this subparagraph, a health
    7  care provider or a health care facility may provide educational
    8  materials and information to a patient regarding the importance
    9  of particular vaccinations and may not be held liable in any
   10  civil or administrative proceeding for any adverse outcome the
   11  patient may incur due to his or her refusal to accept a
   12  recommended vaccine.

   17  and insert:
   18         a patient’s vaccination status; authorizing health
   19         care providers and health care facilities to provide

   22         may not be found civilly or administratively liable in
   23         specified circumstances; amending s. 381.986,
