    3         Delete lines 499 - 500
    4  and insert:
    5  hospice care or who is a resident of a nursing home facility; or
    6         (g) The prescription is for a newly approved drug for which
    7  information is not yet available in the electronic prescribing
    8  system; or
    9         (h) The practitioner determines that it is in the best
