       The Committee on Transportation (Collins) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment
    2  
    3         Delete lines 51 - 54
    4  and insert:
    5  under a local travel-related curfew.
    6         (c) To authorize a mobile crane and accessory support
    7  vehicles which, due to their design for special use, exceed the
    8  weight limits established in s. 316.535 to
