       The Committee on Rules (Grall) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 53 - 55
    4  and insert:
    5  on such form as confidential. A lethality assessment form may be
    6  disclosed to the Office of the State Attorney. The state
    7  attorney may release the confidential information in furtherance
    8  of its official duties and responsibilities, and to the parties
    9  in a pending criminal prosecution as required by law. This
