       Senator Simon moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1521 and 1522
    4  insert:
    5         (f) The award of an instructional multiyear contract does
    6  not remove the authority of the district school superintendent
    7  to reassign a teacher during the term of the contract.

   10  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 1489 - 1494
   12  and insert:
   13         Section 32. Present paragraphs (b) and (c) of subsection
   14  (1) of section 1012.335, Florida Statutes, are redesignated as
   15  paragraphs (c) and (d), respectively, a new paragraph (b) is
   16  added to that subsection, paragraphs (d),(e), and (f) are added
   17  to subsection (2) of that section, and subsections (3) and (4)
   18  of that section are amended, to read:
