    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 1763 - 1765
    4  and insert:
    5         (fff) “Money” has the same meaning as in s. 671.201. The
    6  term does not include a deposit account, a central bank digital
    7  currency, or money in an electronic form that cannot be
    8  subjected to control under s. 679.1052.
