Senator Gruters moved the following:
1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

3 Delete lines 124 - 139
4 and insert:
5 on a website that is created and maintained by the cosmetics
6 manufacturer and made available to the public regarding the
7 following intentionally added chemicals or chemical classes:
8 (a) Ortho-phthalates.
9 (b) PFAS.
10 (c) Formaldehyde as identified in CAS 50-00-0.
11 (d) Methylene glycol as identified in CAS 463-57-0.
12 (e) Mercury as identified in CAS 7439-97-6.
13 (f) Triclosan as identified in CAS 3380-34-5.
14 (g) M-phenylenediamine or its salt derivatives as
15 identified in CAS 108-45-2.
16 (h) O-phenylenediamine or its salt derivatives as
17 identified in CAS 95-54-5.
18 (3) Except as provided in subsection (5), beginning July 1,
19 2026, cosmetics manufactured, sold, offered or distributed for
20 sale, or distributed for use in this state must provide notice
21 on a website that is created and maintained by the cosmetics
22 manufacturer and made available to the public regarding any lead
23 or lead
