       The Appropriations Committee on Agriculture, Environment, and
       General Government (Garcia) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 128 and 129
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. For the 2025-2026 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $250,000 in nonrecurring funds from the Resilient Florida Trust
    7  Fund is appropriated to the Department of Environmental
    8  Protection to conduct the feasibility study for coastal flood
    9  risk reduction required by this act.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 20
   13  and insert:
