       The Appropriations Committee on Criminal and Civil Justice
       (Avila) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 80 and 81
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. For the 2025-2026 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $190,000 in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the
    7  Operating Trust Fund within the Department of Law Enforcement to
    8  the Department of Law Enforcement for the purpose of
    9  implementing the Spectrum Alert.

   13         Delete line 17
   14  and insert:
   15         an appropriation; providing an effective date.
