    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1199 - 1200
    4  and insert:
    5  delivers, or brings into this state, or who actually or
    6  constructively possesses with intent to sell, purchase,
    7  manufacture, or deliver, or with the intent to combine with
    8  another controlled substance for the purpose of potentiating
    9  that substance, 4 grams or more of
