    2         An act relating to actions by condominium
    3         associations; amending s. 718.124, F.S.; revising the
    4         limitations on actions by associations; providing an
    5         effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Section 718.124, Florida Statutes, is amended to
   10  read:
   11         718.124 Limitation on actions by association.—The statute
   12  of limitations and statute of repose for any actions in law or
   13  equity which a condominium association or a cooperative
   14  association may have shall not begin to run until the unit
   15  owners have elected a majority of the members of the board of
   16  administration.
   17         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025.
