       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Pizzo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 171 and 172
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. For the 2025-2026 fiscal year, the sum of $500
    6  million in nonrecurring funds is appropriated for the General
    7  Revenue Fund to the Department of Financial Services for the My
    8  Safe Florida Condominium Pilot Program. The funds shall be used
    9  for hurricane mitigation grants, hurricane mitigation
   10  inspections, and outreach and administrative costs.
