       The Committee on Transportation (Rodriguez) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment
    2  
    3         Delete lines 22 - 23
    4  and insert:
    5  distributed to the Miami Dade College Foundation, Inc., which
    6  may use up to 10 percent of such fees for administrative costs
    7  and marketing of the plate. The balance of the fees must be used
    8  by the Miami Dade College Foundation, Inc., to fund student
    9  scholarships.
