       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Osgood) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 23
    4  and insert:
    5  requirement. A notice for a public meeting or workshop must
    6  state whether the meeting or workshop will be conducted using
    7  communications media technology, how an interested person may
    8  participate, and the location of facilities where communications
    9  media technology will be available during the meeting or
   10  workshop.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 10
   15  and insert:
   16         requirement; providing notice requirements for public
   17         meetings or workshops conducted by means
   18         of communications media technology; providing an
   19         effective date.
