    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing an honorary designation of a
    4         certain transportation facility in a specified county;
    5         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Congresswoman Frederica S. Wilson Boulevard
   11  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   12  markers.—
   13         (1) That portion of N.W. 47th Avenue between N.W. 199th
   14  Street and N.W. 207th Drive in Miami-Dade County is designated
   15  as “Congresswoman Frederica S. Wilson Boulevard.”
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating Congresswoman Frederica S. Wilson
   18  Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025.
