       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Martin) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 27
    4  and insert:
    5  are incorporated herein, except the Fair Labor Standards Act and
    6  any regulations or interpretations regarding an employee’s
    7  voluntary waiver of his or her right to receive the state
    8  minimum wage do not apply.
