       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Grall) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 74 - 76
    4  and insert:
    5         required by s. 409.16791; and must also maintain a copy of
    6  any paper-based assessments or tools used to assess a child for
    7  such placement, to be provided upon request of the Legislature.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 3 - 7
   12  and insert:
   13         F.S.; requiring the Department of Children and
   14         Families to maintain a copy of certain assessment
   15         documents; requiring the department to maintain
   16         certain
