    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  insert:
    5         (c) If a member of the selection committee submits an
    6  application to be considered for the position of state chief
    7  information officer, the member must designate an alternate
    8  state agency chief information officer to serve on the
    9  committee.
