       The Appropriations Committee on Transportation, Tourism, and
       Economic Development (Burgess) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 37 - 41
    4  and insert:
    5  corporation, an organization, or any other business entity that:
    6         1. Has its principal place of business in a foreign country
    7  of concern; or
    8         2. Is at least 20 percent beneficially owned by a foreign
    9  country of concern, a nonresident alien from a foreign country
   10  of concern, or an entity organized under the laws of or having
   11  its principal place of business in a foreign country of concern.
