       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Gruters) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 59 - 65
    4  and insert:
    5  $5,000 or more, the motor vehicle repair shop must, after
    6  preparing the written repair estimate required by subsection
    7  (2), request that the customer provide a written crash report as
    8  specified under s. 316.066.
    9         (b) If the customer does not provide a written crash
   10  report, the motor vehicle repair shop must prepare an accident
   11  or collision repair work transaction form after preparing the
