       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Calatayud) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 22
    4  and insert:
    5         issued on or after January 1, 2026, the department shall
    6  provide, consistent with the laws of this state,
