    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 104 and 105
    4  insert:
    5         (5) For the purposes of the task force, the term
    6  “antisemitism” does not include criticism of Israel which is
    7  similar to criticism of any other country.
    8         (6) This section may not be construed to diminish or
    9  infringe upon any right protected under the First Amendment to
   10  the United States Constitution or to conflict with federal or
   11  state antidiscrimination laws.
