       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Harrell) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 43 - 47
    4  and insert:
    5         (4) Effective July 1, 2029, the possession and use of
    6  aqueous film-forming foam is prohibited in this state.
    7         (5) The prohibitions under subsections (3) and (4) do not
    8  apply to:
    9         (a) Airports as defined in s. 330.27.
