       Senator Grall moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 14 - 28
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Paragraph (g) is added to subsection (2) of
    6  section 943.03102, Florida Statutes, as created by HB 1471, 2026
    7  Regular Session, to read:
    8         943.03102 Designation of terrorist organizations.—
    9         (g) Any portion of the information provided under this
   10  subsection by the Chief of Domestic Security to the Governor and
   11  Cabinet which would reveal information critical to state or
   12  national security is exempt from s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art.
   13  I of the State Constitution. This paragraph is subject
