The Committee on Health Policy (Harrell) recommended the
following:
1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

4 insert:
5 Section 5. Section 458.3351, Florida Statutes, is created
6 to read:
7 458.3351 Prescription or administration of ivermectin.—A
8 health care practitioner who is licensed under this chapter and
9 whose license includes prescribing authority is immune from
10 civil or criminal liability or disciplinary action for
11 prescribing or administering ivermectin to an adult in good
12 faith in accordance with this chapter and rules pertaining to
13 his or her practice.
14 Section 6. Section 459.0156, Florida Statutes, is created
15 to read:
16 459.0156 Prescription or administration of ivermectin.—A
17 health care practitioner who is licensed under this chapter and
18 whose license includes prescribing authority is immune from
19 civil or criminal liability or disciplinary action for
20 prescribing or administering ivermectin to an adult in good
21 faith in accordance with this chapter and rules pertaining to
22 his or her practice.
23 Section 7. Section 464.0181, Florida Statutes, is created
24 to read:
25 464.0181 Prescription or administration of ivermectin.—A
26 health care practitioner who is licensed under this chapter and
27 whose license includes prescribing authority is immune from
28 civil or criminal liability or disciplinary action for
29 prescribing or administering ivermectin to an adult in good
30 faith in accordance with this chapter and rules pertaining to
31 his or her practice.

35 Delete line 25
36 and insert:
37 their adoption of such materials; creating ss.
38 458.3351, 459.0156, and 464.0181, F.S.; providing
39 certain health care practitioners immunity from civil
40 and criminal liability and disciplinary action for
41 prescribing or administering ivermectin to adults
42 under certain circumstances; creating s.
