       Senator Passidomo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 15
    4  and insert:
    5  designated the official state flagship. If pie is served at an
    6  event onboard the S.S. American Victory, only the official state
    7  pie, key lime pie, may be served.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 5
   12  and insert:
   13         American Victory; specifying that the official state
   14         pie be the only pie served onboard the S.S. American
   15         Victory; providing an effective date.
