       The Committee on Rules (Truenow) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1825 and 1826
    4  insert:
    5         Section 47. Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section
    6  624.4032, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         624.4032 Nonprofit agricultural organization medical
    8  benefit plans.—
    9         (2) For purposes of this section, the term “nonprofit
   10  agricultural organization” means an organization that meets all
   11  of the following criteria:
   12         (b) Is exempt from federal income tax under s. 501(c)(5) s.
   13  501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

   17         Delete line 215
   18  and insert:
   19         specified provisions; amending s. 624.4032, F.S.;
