       Senator Leek moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 40 - 45
    4  and insert:
    5  the Senate and serving ex officio, nonvoting.
    6         4. Three individuals appointed by the Speaker of the House
    7  of Representatives.
    8         5. Two members of the House of Representatives, appointed
    9  by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and serving ex
   10  officio, nonvoting.
   11
