       The Appropriations Committee on Criminal and Civil Justice
       (Burgess) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 48 - 51
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) Ensure that all personnel who use, maintain, store, or
    6  release audio or video data recorded by body cameras are trained
    7  in the governmental entity’s policies and procedures.
    8         (c) Retain audio and video data recorded by body cameras in
    9  accordance with the requirements of s. 119.021, except as
   10  otherwise provided by law.
   11         (d) Perform a periodic review of actual body camera
