       Senator Davis moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (376033)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 14 - 39
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) That portion of U.S. 41 between North Creek and
    6  Blackburn Point Road in Sarasota County is designated as “Dickey
    7  Betts Memorial Highway.”
    8         (4) That portion of S.R. 5/U.S. 1 between N.E. 38th Street
    9  and E. Commercial Boulevard in Broward County is designated as
   10  “Phil Smith Memorial Highway.”
   11         (5) That portion of S.R. 46 between Sanford Avenue and E.
   12  Lake Mary Boulevard in Seminole County is designated as “Mayor
   13  Larry A. Dale Memorial Highway.”
   14         (6) Notwithstanding s. 334.071(3), Florida Statutes, the
   15  entirety of S.R. 80, consisting of the 124 contiguous miles of
   16  highway stretching from S.R. A1A/S. Ocean Boulevard in Palm
   17  Beach County, continuing westward through Hendry County, and
   18  ending at a junction with U.S. 41/Cleveland Avenue in Lee
   19  County, is designated as “President Donald J. Trump Highway.”
   20  This designation shall replace and expand the designation
   21  adopted in chapter 2025-214, Laws of Florida, for that portion
   22  of Southern Boulevard between Kirk Road and S. Ocean Boulevard
   23  in Palm Beach County.
