       Senator Simon moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (376033) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 39
    5  and insert:
    6         (9) Notwithstanding s. 334.071(3), Florida Statutes, the
    7  airport located at 3300 Capital Circle Southwest in Tallahassee,
    8  or nearest thereto, is designated as the “Bobby Bowden
    9  Tallahassee International Airport.”
   10         (10) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   11

   15  and insert:
