    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 272 - 277
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 5. Present subsection (6) of section 501.9986,
    6  Florida Statutes, as created by SB 482 or similar legislation,
    7  2026 Regular Session, is redesignated as subsection (7), and a
    8  new subsection (6) is added to that section, to read:
    9         501.9986 Consumer protections regarding deidentified data.—
