    3         Revenue Code; providing legislative intent; providing
    4         an effective date.

    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

    8         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
    9  to the Internal Revenue Code.
   10         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
